Compulite consoles at the Gitis educational theater in Moscow

The Russian Institute of Theater Arts – GITIS is the largest and oldest theatrical academic arts school in Russia. The organization holds cultural, educational and scientific activities on a regular basis and includes a student theater.

The Gitis theater features 3 or 4 shows every month so that the students can learn the art of theater in the most practical way, recently presenting "The Philistines", "La Scala" and  "Love for three oranges".

The theater uses 3 Compulite consoles, switching them depending on the needs of each production: Vector Blue, Spark 4D and Ovation 4D.  The consoles control dozens of dimmers, projectors, spotlights and moving heads.

Special thanks to Maxim Sadikhov for sharing. Maxim is the Lighting Designer, Programmer and Operator of the Gitis theater.
